Travelling to another country can be overwhelming if you don't have the best guidance to start your project, we will plan together your goals and create the best study plan based on your needs.
6 MONTHS PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT
COLLECTING DOCUMENTS
TO APPLY FOR A SCHOOL
Once the destination and academic program have been selected, we will take care of the application for enrolment in the institution of your choice. Our main job will be to keep the communication with the school while informing you of all the updates in the process.
3 - 4 MONTHS PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT
APPLICATION TO THE IMMIGRATION
SCHOOL WILL SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Once the school finalise your application they will send everything to Immigration bureau, and once Immigration bureau revises the documents and approves your application they will issue the Certificate of Eligibility, known as the COE.
1 - 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT
PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEE
ONCE YOU PAY THE SCHOOL FEE YOU'LL RECEIVE THE COE
We will guide you on the steps to pay the course so you can receive the official acceptance documents and COE, and apply for your visa that will allow you to be officially enrolled in your program.
1 MONTH PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT
APPLY FOR A VISA
APPLY FOR YOUR VISA AT THE EMBASSY OF JAPAN
Once you get the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and letter of enrolment from school you will need to contact the local Japanese Embassy / Consulate to make the visa application. We will help you to understand the requirements so you can apply for your visa without any problems.
2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION
KOKO JAPAN WILL HOST ONLINE ORIENTATION
We will host an online chat to talk about the final details of your trip, we will discuss relevant information about your flight, accommodation, airport-transfer, tips to pack efficiently, things you should bring with you and answer any questions you may have before your adventure.
