Personal data that is processed when you apply for a position/volunteer at Koko Japan: If you email us your resumé, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile to apply for an open position/volunteer at Koko Japan, we may collect a variety of personal data, including your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, work experience, education history, references, information about your applicable degrees, licenses, and certifications, whether you are legally eligible to work in the country to which you are applying, whether you have a valid driver’s license, and your salary expectations.

Third-party electronic payment vendors: We use third-party electronic payment vendors to process payment card data of our customer’s and our customer’s contacts, as well as other personal data required to authenticate certain online payments when products and services are purchased using credit or debit cards. Additionally, when a Koko Japan customer applies to utilize the payment services of our electronic payment vendor, we will share a summary of such customer’s transaction history, as well as certain customer personal data (e.g., name, SSN number, driver’s license number) with our electronic payment vendor, who may use the information for purposes of account verification and, where permissible, to market its payment processor services to our customer.

User have the right to, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult to Koko Japan to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, of for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons.
